A bicycle feast in Athens!
On May 6 and 7, Syntagma Square will become the center of interest for those who love the bike!
At the two days of the event, the Athenians and visitors of the city have the opportunity to experience a mini bike equipment, bicycle rides, events and actions like:
- Bicycle lessons for children
- Testing of electric bicycles
- Free phylogramTesting of “pedal” buttons
- Free bicycle control
- BMX Show
The purpose of the event is to inform citizens about the benefits of using the bicycle for urban travel, recreation and sport.
On Sunday morning at 10:00, the starting of the 24th Athens Cycle Tour is organized, where the attendees can enjoy a 13 km journey in the center of Athens with their bike safely.
At 11:45, is the starting of the 1st Athens Criterium, a cycling race that aspires to become the city’s first bicycle race. An impressive race, with speed and spectacle, aiming to bring Athens and its beauties through the bicycle.
